Awareness implies understanding
Understanding implies Agape (love)
Living human life without love is to be existing without meaning.
Love is not to be equated with pity, sentimentality, desire to possess, the feeling that arises on being rejected, or the feeling that arises on realizing that something or someone cannot be possessed.
Not the man who has much, but the man who is much is the fully developed truly human man.
The thing we fear is the image making ability of the mind.
Being asleep or awake, depends on being responsible or not responsible for the images in the mind.
As long as I have any conditioning, any meditation, that really is meditation will be concerned with the conditioning.

Once the individual has come to the end of disintegration, the mediation is for wisdom to use the glory of spirit.
